Contrary to what people used to believe, it’s normal and healthy for many women to remain active during pregnancy. And gentle exercises like yoga can be a great way to do it! So today I wanted to share some affordable maternity yoga clothes I found online with you all, in case you’re looking for some ideas.

I’m also going to be splitting the clothes into sections, to make it easier to find what you’re looking for if you have something specific in mind.

Tops

To kick off this list of maternity yoga clothes, we have some tops that are must haves.

Side Ruched Maternity T-Shirt 3 Pack

This pack of three features black, deep grey, and army green maternity t-shirts with a cute ruching effect on the side. There are multiple sizes available, as well as multiple color combinations if the darker colors aren’t for you.

But either way, you’ll be comfortable in the modal rayon fabric. And the ruching on the sides, along with the extra length of the shirts, allows the tops to fit even as your stomach expands.

Side Ruched Maternity Long Sleeved T-Shirt 3 Pack

As you may have assumed, this pack of three long sleeved maternity t-shirts is from the same brand as the last. The ruching on the side is the same, the colors are the same, etc. The only difference is that these are long sleeved. But I still thought I’d give them as an option, because I know some people have preferencing when it comes to sleeve length. Especially depending on the time of year.

Side Ruched Maternity Tank Top

Finally, by a different brand but with a similar ruching, we have this maternity tank top. These are sold as singles, rather than in a pack; but there are still plenty of colors and sizes to choose from. And similarly to the last two options, these tank tops are made to keep stretching with your growing bump. It simply provides yet another sleeve length option for those that prefer tank tops.

Shorts

Next up, we have the shorts section of this list of a maternity yoga clothes.

Over The Belly Maternity Yoga Shorts

A pair of over the belly maternity shorts might seem a little scary, but these are made of extremely stretchy material so these shorts will grow with you and your belly. Plus, they’re made to dry quickly as well as be moisture wicking, which is perfect for getting sweaty during a workout. These could also double as running shorts, and they even have pockets to hold your phone as you move throughout your day.

Over The Belly Biker/Yoga Maternity Shorts

I thought I’d also include a similar pair of maternity yoga shorts with no pockets as an option. Because I know some people prefer the streamlined look with minimal lines. This pair of shorts can born worn over the belly or brought down to rest below the bump. But either way they’re made to not slip from where you put them, and to grow with you. To the point they recommend buying your pre-pregnancy size.

Over The Belly Maternity Workout Shorts

Finally, we have a third pair of over the belly maternity shorts. This pair has a different cut than the previous two, with a tight fitting layer and then a looser outer layer. It achieves a different look, and the looser outer layer even conceals a pocket where you can keep your phone. These shorts are built to be just as flexible and comfortable as the other options. So it’s just a matter of preference.

Leggings

Now it’s time to talk about leggings. Which, as you all know, is a staple piece of maternity yoga clothing.

Maternity Over The Belly Leggings

First of all, we have this pair of simple over the belly leggings. It, like the shorts from before, are made with moisture wicking material. It features two pockets and a coverage panel at the front that will grow with your belly. This panel is constructed with the goal of reducing pressure in specific points, while also staying in place throughout the day.

Buttery Soft Over The Belly Maternity Leggings

Similarly to how I gave you a no-pockets option for the shorts, I wanted to give you this pair of pocketless maternity leggings. It has a very similar look to the other pair, except for the obvious difference. But one of the main focuses of these leggings is their texture. They’re made with such a buttery soft material that they could easily double as maternity loungewear.

Tight Over The Belly Maternity Leggings

Finally, I have one last option for a pair of maternity yoga leggings that fit tightly all the way down. This pair looks very similar to the other two, it doesn’t contain pockets, and it comes with the similar benefits to the previous options as well. Another thing I want to mention here is that a lot of the items I’ve linked, I’ve linked in black. But many of them come in different colors, and even come in sets if you want to purchase more than just one.

Yoga Pants/Joggers

Another major type of maternity yoga clothes are looser yoga pants and joggers, so here are a few options for that…

Stretchy Maternity Joggers

Starting off this section strong, we have these maternity joggers with pockets. These are comfortable to wear all throughout your pregnancy; with soft, stretchy fabric. And they can be worn above or below the bump! But because of the way they fit, they’re also comfortable to wear postpartum even if you’ve had a c-section.

Loose Maternity Lounge Pants

Next, we have these wide-legged, loose lounge pants. They can be worn above or below the belly as well, and also come with pockets. And this cut of pants is the perfect alternative for someone who isn’t comfortable in leggings, especially if you struggle to stay cool or have issues with your legs/ankles swelling.

Flared Over The Belly Maternity Pants

And lastly, we have a slightly different than the previous wide-legged pants… These over the belly flared yoga pants (with pockets). They’re a bit tighter above the knee, but are bootcut at the end. So again, which one you choose will come down to preference.
